Welcome! The OCR Financial Compliance Team is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of clinical research studies conducted by IU and IU Health investigators. We facilitate compliant clinical research billing practices that adhere to relevant federal and state regulations and guidelines as well as institutional policies and procedures.

In addition to performing the required coverage analysis and research billing reviews, our team provides educational training, maintains resources for industry-sponsored clinical study budgeting, and administers the Advarra Participant Payments program.
